What we collect

• Data you send through the contact form: name, email address, company and message.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used to protect the form against abuse. We do not store the IP address itself.
• Technical data processed by Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.

Why we process it

• To reply to your enquiry and take steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect the website and the form against spam and abuse, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives it

Our hosting and infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare, process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-up, unless the law requires longer storage.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@abv.digital. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.
